‘We are called to engage and support the underprivileged in our communities and the world around us through good works. We are called to be the feet and hands of Jesus here on earth to reach those in need to share the love of God and to provide them with their basic needs.’

Healthy Food
The Shepherd Care Foundation undertakes food drive programs through the support of individuals in our communities to donate food items to various Shelters, orphanage homes and to the individuals in the United States and across Some African communities where we operate.

Education
As a foundation, we also donate educational supplies such as pencils, books, bags and shoes to the poor and needy school children in some of the remote communities in Africa. This project is critical to the heart of the foundation because these children do not have access to these basic necessities to enable them to learn at school.
The foundation is intending to put up an educational fund which will provide scholarships to brilliant but needy children.

Medical
We undertake health screening once every year in selected countries in Africa. The foundation teams up with medical professionals to provide free health screening for children and adults in a chosen community. Last year, we had the health screening at Nkanfua in Cape Coast, West Africa – Ghana. The turn up was massive and exceeded our expectations. Diagnosis with affected children and adults were referred to the appropriate hospitals for treatment.
A Call to Service
Testimonials
Thank God for the wonderful partnership with Call to Pray @ Midnight Prayerline Ministry. To me as a pastor in Cape Coast, it was a dream come true.
The reason is, for some years now, my church has been preaching and evangelizing trying to win souls in the surrounding villages of Cape Coast, notably, Nkanfua, Adukrom, Amosima and Eguasi. Though we put in a lot of efforts, the result was nothing good to write home about.
However, when Call to Pray @ Midnight Prayerline Ministry approached the church for the Nkanfua outreach program, little did we know that it was going to be massive. In one outreach program, we were able to meet the physical, medical and spiritual needs of the people in a marvelous way. The presence of the doctors and nurses from the regional hospital helped to identify people with hidden health issues through the health screening. Some of the people were fortunate to be referred and given free medical care (surgery) which they all came through successfully with no complications.
Through the program, we fed over one thousand (1,000) children and their parents, which some confessed later that it was the only meal which sustained them that day. Not to talk of the school supplies, backpacks and shoes.
The leadership of the church and the entire membership of God’s Church of Peace are grateful to Call to Pray @ Midnight Prayerline Ministry and pray that God will continue to bless the ministry to be a blessing to the underprivileged.

The outreach was very beneficial and helped us fish out a lot of people with health issues and complications which on a normal bases wouldn’t have been possible since only a few of the people from the community visit the hospital for health care.
Through the eye screening, we ruled our people with cataract, referred them to the hospital for free surgery and they all came out successful.
The outreach was also an opportunity that opened the eyes of the health care providers, that people in communities needed more health care and hence they are also organizing and extending their outreach programs for health screening this year.

I am an administrator with Ghana Education Service and a businesswoman, I deal in local drinks for occasions. When I heard of Call to Pray @ Midnight outreach program, I decided to sponsor and also participate in the program. From the day of the program till this day, I can boldly say my business has never been the same. I am engaged every weekend as orders keep coming in daily.
For this reason, I write to thank the leaders of Call to Pray @ Midnight for allowing me to be part of the outreach program. It has indeed been a blessing to me and my team.
Secondly, I want to testify to the fact that the program was a great success. My team and I anticipated to serve about five to six hundred adults and children, but we were overwhelmed with the turnout. We served over one thousand five hundred children not to talk of the adults. All the children who came got shoes, bags and school supplies. By God’s grace people who had medical problems but did not have money to go to the hospital for medical checkup and treatment were given free medical care. A lady who was almost blind was referred to the central hospital and she has been operated on for free, and she can now see clearly. I testify of the wonderful things God has done through the Call to Pray @ Midnight outreach program. I also appreciate the prayer ministry and leaders for allowing God to use them to be a blessing to Nkanfuaman and its environs.
Once again, thank you and God richly bless all Call to Pray @ Midnight Prayerline Ministry members. Shalom!!
